Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our production provides different delivery times.
Standard Delivery: we try to deliver orders placed before 6 PM within 7 working days. Express Delivery: we try to deliver orders placed before 6 PM within 5 working days. Rush Delivery: we try to deliver orders placed before 6 PM within 3 working days.
However, we are not always able to meet these timelines. Sometimes products are out of stock, and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is shown on the Shopping Cart page. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices mentioned are excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€12.00 including VAT for all orders.
Free shipping for orders from € 125 including VAT.
We are not responsible for possible delays by the courier company.
Objection / Return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don’t like the product after all, or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn’t want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via info@kleeflettersonline.be. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
However, please keep in mind that personalized products cannot be returned. There is an exclusion of the right of withdrawal for:
Products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly intended for a specific person.
